There is nothing better than having fresh Taber corn for dinner. YUM! I look forward to seeing the corn truck every single year and I love seeing my kids now excited for it too. They were pretty determined to help husk the corn. They did a pretty good job of it too! I still remember when mom used to harvest corn and we would be down in the garage husking dozens and dozens of cobs of corn. We even had forts made out of all the corn. Though I don’t think I’ll ever get that adventurous, it’s nice to have good helpers get the corn ready for dinner!
