We did a bunch of shopping today… and the kids found ways to entertain themselves! Almost every mannequin they tried to hold hands and ask for a picture to be taken!
While I was looking for a few things with Emma, Lennard went off with Ben and found him a bike helmet. Not the one I would have chosen… but Ben LOVES it. I think we’ll call him ‘Spike’ from now on! LOL. We found a couple little suitcases that will be perfect for the kids in the future. Having the kids with us made it a little interesting since we want the suitcases to be Christmas presents… Hopefully they will forget about them if they are out of sight for five months?!
I tried to get Ben to look at me for a picture, but he wasn’t having anything to do with it. At least you can get an idea of the crazy helmet he got! The kids had lots of fun playing outside on their bikes and with the ‘rockets’ we had in the trailer. We picked up lawn darts at the trailer store today and we all had fun playing after dinner.
We had also picked up little tubs of ice cream at Wal-Mart for a treat and the kids thought it was great to have their ‘own’ ice cream!
