Gold Springs

When Lennard got off work we headed out to Gold Springs campground near Milk River.  About half way there, we hit crazy rain and then hail!  I was worried about it damaging the truck and trailer, but thankfully everything was okay.  We got in to Milk River and stopped at the tourist center so that we could fill up with water.  While Lennard was doing that, I took the kids to go explore.
Emma didn't like the dinosaur and had to be convinced that it wouldn't move if she got close to it.
Both kids LOVED getting to climb on the fake hoodoos.  Look at the crazy skies behind them!
When I asked for another picture, they chose the poses!  lol
After walking through the tourist center, we loaded back up and headed to the campground.  We wanted to get set up before the rain came again, but we still managed to get a bit wet.
The kids quickly made themselves right at home and had stuff spread from one end of the trailer to the other!
Finally, the rain stopped enough so the kids could go play on the playground
There were two fun playgrounds.  The kids loved this one across the river from where we were camping.  They have such good imaginations and it was fun listening to them.
