Thankfully, today went a LOT better! Lennard ended up calling Mike S. to come give him a hand to figure out the other two corners that he was having a problem with yesterday and after a bit of back and forth they got them squared away! Hooray!
I got to the airport at about 9:00 and got to see our door being moved over to our hangar! Ben had a blast playing in the dirt.
Mark’s hangar floor was being poured and they ended up having a bit of extra concrete, so we ended up being able to get the four corners poured! Such a lucky thing to have those ready in time to get ‘free-to-us’ concrete.
The rest of the morning/afternoon was spent getting all the other posts in place, level and at the right height. It took quite a bit of work, but we got them. We made a quick call and managed to get the last run of the night and got Aaron to come out with more concrete! All of them are now poured and we can just let them sit for a couple days. Ahhh, progress!
